In the Campaign Manager role, you will be a part of the Performance marketing/Ad services team, responsible to implement online advertising campaign globally across a large website portfolio and bring your experience to support the Team lead on day-to-day business and strategy.

Your Future Tasks:

Manage, traffic and optimize worldwide video and display campaigns via various platforms (DFP, DBM, Facebook, reddit, search)
Emerchandise scaling via Shopify, Google merchant, Search, Adwords
Develop Dynamic Ads products and retargeting process
Control of RTB, AD-Exchange and Marketplace partners in the desktop and mobile sector
Ensure creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting third party ads with site or ad tech partners
Resolve tracking and reporting discrepancies with Analytics and/or partners/vendors
Proactively conduct reporting and analyses to identify optimization opportunities and share learnings and metrics with the team
Report for internal and external purposes
Manage the unsold inventory to optimize revenue and yield management
Ongoing market-, competitor- and technology-research, followed by implementation and roll-out.
Communication with advertisers, publishers and service providers for all operational purposes

Your profile


1 year + experience with ad operations, campaign management or performance marketing
First experience in digital advertising or AdTech business
First experience with Analytics, Ad server tools, RTB, Ad-Exchange, Marketplace partners
Be the Master of MS Excel (look-up functions, pivot tables), proficient in MS Office suite
Good working knowledge of online campaigns KPIs and performance metrics, as well as experience with display and video formats and other online advertising formats
Enjoy working with numbers and various online advertising platforms, software, cloud services
Understand the role of tracking a digital campaign and the importance to improve its performance
Be proficient or native English speaker, additional language a plus

Nice to have:

Knowledge about VAST/VPAID, JS, HTML debuging, HTML5, Big query, VPN, ad malware
Methodical, well-organized, and very detail-oriented, you take ownership of your projects and are able to work independently
Have strong personality, advanced voice and opinion level
Highly motivated and full of initiative, you have a genuine curiosity with how things work
Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, open environment
